Business growth through hands-on training
250 women are chosen to receive personalized mentorship from industry experts, plus a chance to compete for $20,000 in funding.
Skill Building
Participants gain practical, expert-led training through Boost Camp—a hands-on virtual accelerator facilitated by our partner Hello Alice—and are able to strengthen their finance, marketing, leadership, and digital strategy skills, empowering them to make informed, confident decisions for their businesses.

Network Development
Exclusive community events connect participants with peers, mentors, and industry leaders, and 20 select entrepreneurs will have the opportunity to receive additional mentorship while collaborating with like-minded business owners.

Business Acceleration
Personalized sessions help participants refine pitches, strengthen financials, and prepare for future funding opportunities. Plus, 20 women will have the opportunity to receive a $20,000 grant from BOTOX® Cosmetic to help accelerate their business growth.
